Natalie Khoo, MPH, RD, CDN
Clinical Nutrition Manager
Natalie is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician, who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University, NJ and a Masters of Public Health from the University of Arizona Global Campus. She completed her Dietetic Internship at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore. She joined NYP-MSCH in 2015 with experience in pediatric gastroenterology and intestinal rehabilitation. In 2016, she joined our NICU team at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital, with specialized coverage of the cardiac infant unit. She joined the leadership team in 2019 and is now the Clinical Nutrition Manager for NYP-MSCH.
Erin Fauer, RD, CDN, CNSC, CSP
Clinical Nutrition Supervisor
Erin is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Delaware. She completed her Dietetic Internship at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, MD and is currently pursuing her Masters in Healthcare Administration. She joined NYP-MSCH in 2021 as a Supervisor, following experience as a NICU dietitian in Washington DC and medical sales in Baltimore, MD.
Shrouk ElSayed, MS, RD, CDN, IBCLC
Senior Clinical Nutritionist
Shrouk is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Marketing from New York University. She went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. She is also an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant. She completed her dietetic internship at NYU. She worked in Adult BMT, oncology and pediatric nutrition before joining NYP-MSCH in 2019. She currently specializes in cardiac nutrition and transplant. Shrouk is involved in the dietetics community and was previously the President of the Greater New York Dietetic Association in 2018.
Evelyn Paulino, MS, RDN, CDN, CSO
Senior Clinical Nutritionist
Evelyn is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics from the City University of New York, and a Master’s of Science in Nutrition from the State University of New York, Stony Brook. She completed her dietetic internship at NewYork-Presbyterian. She was the pediatric oncology research nutritionist at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, then joined NYP-MSCH in 2020. She currently specializes in pediatric oncology, BMT, PICU and eating disorder nutrition.
Allison Abel, RD, CSP, CDN, CNSC
Nutrition Support Specialist
Allison is a Registered Dietitian, Board Certified Specialist in Pediatrics and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and completed her dietetic internship at the Los Angeles County + USC Medical Center, working with both adult and pediatric patients. Allison transitioned to full time pediatrics in 2014, focusing on gastroenterology and intestinal rehabilitation. She joined NYP-MSCH in 2022 and currently supports our NICU and Peds GI teams, specializing in parenteral nutrition support.
Angela Carullo, MS, RD, CDN, CNSC
Nutrition Support Specialist
Angela is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. Prior to pursuing nutrition, Angela completed her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Wagner College and earned a Master’s of Business Administration from Pace University. She completed both her dietetic internship and pediatric nutrition fellowship in at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, then joined the NYP-MSCH team in 2016. She currently specializes in pediatric gastroenterology & parenteral nutrition, with previous experience in pediatric critical care and cardiology.
Danielle Eller, MS, RD, CSP, CDN
Nutrition Support Specialist
Danielle is a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition, who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from Syracuse University. She then earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, and completed her Dietetic Internship at NewYork-Presbyterian. She joined NYP-MSCH in 2015 and currently specializes in the ketogenic diet for pediatric patients.
Inga Gukhman, RD, CDN, CNSC
Nutrition Support Specialist
Inga is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician nutrition support specialist who completed her Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition at Queens College, City University of New York, and her dietetic internship with graduate coursework at Cornell University at Ithaca. She joined the team at NYP-MSCH in 2003 and has been specializing in neonatal intensive care nutrition since 2004.

Christine is a Registered Dietitian, Board Certified Specialist in Pediatrics and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician. Christine earned her Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and completed her combined dietetic internship and Master's degree in Allied Health at Barnes College of Nursing at Washington University of St. Louis. She joined NYP-MSCH in 2013 and currently specializes in pediatric gastroenterology, nutrition support and intestinal failure.
Caylin Hughes, MS, RD, CSP, CSPCC, CDN, CNSC, CCTD
Nutrition Support Specialist
Caylin is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Nutrition Support Clinician, Certified Clinical Transplant Dietitian and Board-Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition and Pediatric Critical Care. She received a B.S. in Dietetics and a B.S. in Consumer Foods from the University of Georgia and then completed her Dietetic Internship through Sodexo Philadelphia. She completed her Masters of Science in Nutrition at Stony Brook University. She joined NYP-MSCH in 2016 and currently specializes in pediatric liver disease, liver/multivisceral/intestinal transplant and parenteral nutrition. She is also involved with indirect calorimetry and research.
Francesca Hraska, MS, RD, CDN, CNSC
Nutrition Support Specialist
Francesca is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Molecular Integrative Neuroscience with a Health and Wellness Minor at SUNY Binghamton. She then earned her Master of Science in Nutrition at CUNY Hunter College, School of Public Health. She started at NYP Queens, gaining experience in adults, pediatrics, NICU and hemodialysis. She joined NYP-MSCH in 2020 and now specializes in neonatal intensive care nutrition with a focus on cardiac infant nutrition.
Everardo (Ev) Perez Montoya, MS, RD, CDN, CNSC
Nutrition Support Specialist
Everardo is a Registered Dietitian who received his bachelor's degree in human nutrition and foods from the University of Houston and master’s degree in clinical nutrition from Stony Brook University. He completed his Dietetic Internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital then joined the team at NYP/Columbia in 2020. In 2021 he started as a pediatric clinical nutritionist at Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital where he covered a variety of patients including pediatric cardiology and transplant. Since 2023 he has specialized in pediatric gastroenterology, nutrition support, and intestinal failure. Ev is a Certified Nutrition Support Specialist and conducts indirect calorimetry on patients as well.
Jessamyn Nucum, RD, CDN, CNSC
Nutrition Support Specialist
Jessamyn is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician who earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Delaware. She completed her dietetic internship at NewYork-Presbyterian and went on to work at NYP-Columbia University Irving Medical Center as the neurology ICU dietitian. She joined the NYP-MSCH team in 2020 and now specializes in pediatric nephrology, hemodialysis and kidney transplant.
Ronee Saad, RD, CDN, CSPCC

Ronee is a Registered Dietitian who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences with a concentration in Dietetics from Cornell University. She then completed her dietetic internship at Northwell Health. She gained experience in adult, pediatric and neonatal nutrition before joining NYP-MSCH as a Nutrition Support Specialist in 2021. She currently specializes in neonatal intensive care nutrition
Caitlin Stewart, MS, RD, CDN, CNSC
Nutrition Support Specialist
Caitlin is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Nutrition Support Clinician and Certified Lactation Counselor who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University. She completed her dietetic internship and Master of Science in Nutrition at the University of Saint Joseph. Caitlin has worked with patients of all ages in both inpatient and outpatient, and has also worked in clinical nutrition management. She joined NYP-MSCH in 2017 and currently specializes in pediatric liver disease and liver/multivisceral/intestinal transplant. Caitlin is also certified as a nutrition-focused physical exam trainer with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Isabelle Vachon, MS, RD, CSPCC, CDN, CNSC
Nutrition Support Specialist
Isabelle is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Nutrition Support Clinician & Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition. Isabelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics/Nutrition from Laval University in Canada and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. She joined NYP-MSCH in 2017 with experience in pediatric/NICU nutrition and currently specializes in neonatal intensive care nutrition.
Elina Bank, RDN, CDN, CSOWM
Clinical Nutritionist
Elina is a Registered Dietitian who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications from City University of New York, Baruch College, and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Health and Nutrition from City University of New York, Brooklyn College. She completed her dietetic internship at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System. She had experience in pediatric weight management and endocrinology before joining NYP in 2020. Elina currently specializes in adolescent bariatric surgery, pediatric weight management and pediatric nutrition.

Amy is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics. She completed her dietetic internship at Northwell Health before beginning her clinical career working with both adult and pediatric populations. Amy is currently is pursuing her Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from Stony Brook University. She joined the NYP-MSCH team as a Clinical Nutritionist in 2021 and currently specializes in cardiac nutrition and transplant.
Bria Fredericks, RD, CDN
Clinical Nutritionist
Bria is a Registered Dietitian who graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. Bria then completed her Didactic Program in Dietetics at Simmons University before starting her dietetic internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. After her internship, Bria completed a pediatric/NICU fellowship, then joined the MSCH team as a Clinical Nutritionist in March, 2023. Bria currently specializes in pediatric ICU nutrition.

Alexandra is a Registered Dietitian who graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics. Alexandra completed her dietetic internship and a nutrition fellowship at NewYork-Presbyterian and she is pursuing her Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from Stony Brook University. She joined the MSCH team as a Clinical Nutritionist in 2022 and currently specialized in pediatric cystic fibrosis.

She currently specializes in pediatric and PICU clinical nutrition.

Amanda is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician who graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Science and Dietetics with a Biological Science minor from University of Delaware. She completed her dietetic internship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital through Aramark Healthcare in 2019. Prior to joining NYP-MSCH team in April 2023, she covered adult critical care and oncology nutrition units, specializing in nutrition support, transplant, and BMT.
