Payment Options
Although personal checks are not accepted, the conference center regularly processes payments by institutional, business, and cashier's checks; by authorized purchase order, and by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
For external events the Conference Center staff must receive written cancellation notice 10 working days or more prior to the scheduled date in order to receive full deposit refund. Cancellations received 9 or fewer working days prior to the event will be charged half of the room rental fee. Reservations cancelled 24 hours or less prior to the event will be charged the full room rental fee.
