Finance, IT, and Clinical Operations Committee
This committee was originally three separate committees, over time, the committees have merged in order to focus on the long term sustainability of DSRIP.
The Finance, IT, and Clinical Operations Committee provides recommendations for the PPS's information technology, health information exchange standards, clinical and programmatic standards and protocols to meet the needs of the PPS's DSRIP projects.
In addition the committee provides recommendations for the PPS's budget and funds flow processes and financial sustainability.
The committee is responsible for reviewing the PPS financial performance, collaborator performance, and identifying a path to sustainability for the network.
