Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

Recipe Yields: 14 servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- Additional 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda and salt in a bowl and stir. Add the water and canola oil, and stir until dough forms.
- Add chocolate chips and walnuts and spoon 1 tablespoon balls onto a cookie sheet.
- Gently press balls of cookie dough down and bake for about 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool.
