Preventive Medicine Center
The Preventive Medicine Center provides a diagnostic and symptom management program aimed at minimizing the impact of illness through a focus on prevention. Primary care physicians guide patients through each step of the process, from recommending age- and gender-specific diagnostic procedures to collaborating with them in the development of a personalized wellness plan. Patients may choose to have their Preventive Medicine Center physician coordinate all of their medical care and serve as their primary care physician.
Center programs focus on primary care; pulmonary health, including COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease); cardiovascular assessment and treatment; osteoporosis management; diabetes and endocrinology disorders; and travel medicine.
