Integrated Behavioral Health at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital
New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn - Integrated Behavioral Health is an innovative neighborhood care center. We provide comprehensive mental health, substance use, and primary care services to adults (ages 18+) in our community.
What is integrated care?
Integrated care is a holistic approach to delivering health services to patients. This approach addresses both behavioral health and physical health in a coordinated way—usually all in one location—making it easier for people to get the care they need.
We are committed to making high-quality care as accessible as possible, and we use time-limited, evidence-based treatments shown to be effective in helping people reduce symptoms, develop new coping skills, and reach life goals.
Who we are
Our multidisciplinary team, made up of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers, case coordinators, primary care providers, registered nurses, and administrative staff, works together to support people with a range of behavioral health diagnoses, concerns, and co-occurring medical conditions. Care teams work directly with patients to develop a personalized treatment plan that helps them achieve their goals.
