Dr. Farmer joined NewYork-Presbyterian and Weill Cornell Medicine in 2009 and has held several senior leadership roles in the Department of Emergency Medicine, including vice chair of quality and patient safety. In 2021, she was named Physician of the Year at NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital, in honor of her extraordinary leadership, teamwork, and collaboration. Dr. Farmer is a nationally recognized medical toxicology expert and frequent keynote speaker on quality improvement, patient safety, and medication safety.

Dr. Gaeta is the chairman of the Hospital-wide Research Committee and associate director for medical education at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. He is co-chair of the Institutional Review Board. He is also Chairman of Emergency Medicine at St. George's University School of Medicine.

Dr. Visconti is actively involved in the weekly conferences and in developing the resident education curriculum. She is the coordinator of the NYP Brooklyn Methodist in-house in-training examination. Dr. Visconti is also the coordinator of the Focused Board Intervention Program for the NYP Brooklyn Methodist Residency Program. She developed a senior class curriculum which is given in small group sessions to the third year class.
