NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital Emergency Department
NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital's Department of Emergency Medicine is a state-of-the-art facility, including 55 adult ED patient beds, a dedicated women's-care suite, an asthma care center, a state-of-the-art pediatric ER, a rapid evaluation unit, and an advanced triage and fast-track area. The design allows for coordination between all parts of the department through centralized workspaces. The Department also has an EMR and order entry, large screen tracking boards placed throughout, drug dispensing technology, and PACS radiology viewing systems, and is not only efficient, but also aesthetically pleasing and staff friendly.
Brookdale University Hospital
Brookdale University Medical Center is a large voluntary nonprofit teaching hospital with 530 inpatient beds. The Emergency Department and Level I Trauma Center is one of the busiest in the region.

Established in 1955, the NYC Poison Control Center is designated as a Regional Center by the American Association of Poison Control Centers. It serves the eight million residents of New York City and receives over 70,000 calls annually.
