NewYork-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital Announces FREE Senior & Caregiver Health Fair

NewYork-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital in cooperation with area community partners will hold the 2nd Annual Senior and Caregiver Health Fair on Friday, October 22, 2010.
The fair will be held at the Muriel Morabito Community Center (29 Westbrook Drive, Cortlandt Manor, NY) from 9 a.m. – 12 noon.
More than 40 exhibitors will offer cholesterol, back and blood pressure screenings as well as information on wound care, cardiac rehabilitation, outpatient nutrition, physical therapy and other healthcare topics. Light refreshments will be served.
