Impressing Press Ganey Again

NewYork-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital's Ambulatory Surgery team has been named a 2015 Guardian of Excellence Award® winner by Press Ganey Associates, Inc. for the second year in a row.
A nationally-known symbol of achievement in healthcare, this award recognizes top-performing healthcare organizations that have consistently achieved the 95th percentile or above for patient satisfaction.
The award winners of NewYork-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital attributed their success to "great teamwork." Press Ganey recognized their collaboration amongst three internal departments—Ambulatory Surgery, Operating Room and Post Anesthesia Care Unit—and hospital-affiliated physician offices, to "listen to the voice of their customers" and respond to the needs of patients and families.
