Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 green thai chili (optional)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
- In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth
- Add water if necessary for blending. Be patient, it needs to work itself down.
