You're no stranger to depression, and it's easy to think that there is something wrong with you...and that you are the only person who feels this way. The truth is that many people struggle with depression...probably even people you know.
Guest Voice 1: "I've been in and out of depression for as long as I can remember.
I went it alone. I just thought most people felt this way."
Guest Voice 2: "I've tried therapy. I've tried medicine. And when I look to the future, I just can't see anything getting better. I feel like I'm going in circles."
Guest Voice 3: "I don't see how talking to someone will help me through this. Talking about my problems just makes me feel worse." Guest Voice 4: "Depression always knocks on my door. It's always been this way. I know it will come eventually. I try and get ready for it, but it hits harder every time." Guest Voice 5: "I don't want to take medication.
There are side effects, and I don't want to be dependent on anything. I feel like it'd change my personality. And don't they just hide the problem?"
By listening to these voices of depression, you can discover that the problem isn't you... The problem is depression.
