Town & Country 10th Anniversary Philanthropy Summit
NewYork-Presbyterian was proud to once again be a sponsor of Town & Country's insightful Philanthropy Summit, a day of meaningful discussion and dialogue regarding philanthropy and its role in the betterment of society.
The 2023 Summit, the 10-year anniversary of the event, highlighted conversations around topics including philanthropy to support youth mental health and philanthropy's impact on the arts. NewYork-Presbyterian's panel member was Warren Y.K. Ng, MD, MPH, Attending Psychiatrist and Medical Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health and the Director of Clinical Services for the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Columbia University Medical Center and NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital. He is also a Professor of Psychiatry at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons.
He joined an esteemed group of speakers that included award-winning actors and activists Charlize Theron, Leslie Odom Jr., and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Journalist Deborah Roberts, NYP psychiatrist Dr. Warren Y.K. Ng, Rochester Commissioner-Elect Isaiah Santiago, and Karen Friedman, Director of Strategy and Quality Practices Mental Health at YMCA, speak at the 2023 Town & Country Philanthropy Summit.
