It is impossible not to be inspired by the generosity of young Saige Levitt, who spent her first weeks of life in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Inspired by her experience at the Hospital and her life-long relationships with our doctors, nurses, and other staff, 13-year-old Saige decided to use her bat mitzvah to fundraise for the NICU and help ensure that other children are able to receive our innovative, life-saving care.
