Who We Are

The Specialty Pharmacy is an outpatient pharmacy program. The program provides each patient with the highest possible level of personalized care. Our team of pharmacists and therapy-specific Liaisons focus on supporting your specific disease with one-on-one counseling to answer any questions you may have as they pertain to your medical condition and prescribed medications. Some conditions including (but are not limited to) asthma, Crohn’s disease, hemophilia, hepatitis B and C, HIV, multiple sclerosis, pulmonary arterial hypertension, and rheumatoid arthritis. Your questions may include proper medication dosing and administration, medication storage, warning signs and symptoms, and side effect management.

Our team can address all of your prescription needs, including:

  • Free home delivery
  • Personalized refill reminders
  • Medication adherence programs
  • Help obtaining financial assistance
  • On-call pharmacist support for drug information questions

We also offer communication and interpreter assistance free of charge for any patients and their families with Limited English Proficiency (LEP), speech or visual impairment, or who are deaf or hard of hearing.

We want you to feel as comfortable as possible while you get the information you need. Contact your pharmacy liaison with questions about prescription refills, financial assistance, and insurance approvals.
