The National Institute of Health will fund a study initiated by a CADC pediatric gastroenterologist. Dr. Neera Gupta, MD, MAS will lead an NIH-funded research study into the effects of Crohn's disease on the growth of pediatric patients. The NIH funding was awarded in early 2015 and enrollment is currently underway for the study.
