The Mom & Baby Mobile Health Center is a 40-foot mobile unit, funded through March of Dimes. The Mom and Baby Bus is an OB-GYN outpatient practice providing reproductive, pregnancy, and postpartum care directly in the communities of Queens and Brooklyn. The bus partners with community-based organizations to provide care and offer medical linkages to those who are disconnected from traditional outpatient care settings. The program aims to bridge patients to sustainable, continuing care. The Mom and Baby Bus team includes a nurse practitioner, registered nurse, MST and is clinically overseen by an OB-GYN medical director.

- Education – supporting women’s health and family wellness
- Connecting – providing patients with referrals to continuing healthcare
