Offering Medication Assisted Treatment for Opiate Dependence

  • Primarily Methadone, program has ability to refer to a Physician that specializes in Addiction Medicine and can prescribe Suboxone with in short time.
  • Primary health care and Psychiatric Evaluation and follow up services on site by Addiction Medicine Physicians.
  • Hepatitis testing and follow up care.
  • HIV Pre -Post Testing and Counseling.
  • Individual Counseling
  • Medication Management
  • Relapse Prevention Therapy

Monday, Wednesday and Friday
7:30 am to 1:30 pm (11 to 12pm Closed)
Tuesday and Thursday
7:30 am to 11:00 am


Patient Population
Persons 18 years and older with history of opiate dependency that is verified pending evaluation and documented by program physicians.
