NewYork-Presbyterian's world-renowned physicians and surgeons can offer second opinions to international patients researching treatment options or wishing to reconfirm a diagnosis.

Second opinions are best accomplished in person but can be done remotely through a review of medical records. Your medical records must be in English and second opinions, either in-person or by review of medical records, require a fee. Our Coordinators can provide more information and they can help with recommending translation services specialized in medical terminology if your medical records need to be translated into English. These translation services are on a fee for service basis.
