The Center for Eating Disorders at NewYork-Presbyterian is designed to help individuals with eating disorders work toward recovery in a comfortable and supportive environment.

The Center, located in Westchester, is part of a joint collaborative treatment program of NewYork-Presbyterian, Weill Cornell Medicine, and Columbia University Irving Medical Center, in affiliation with the New York State Psychiatric Institute.

The Center features the expertise of faculty members of these two world-renowned academic medical centers and teaching institutions. Patients at The Center benefit from the latest clinical research findings and advances in the treatment of eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and related disorders. We understand that eating disorders are serious illnesses, and we also believe that recovery is possible.

Our goal is to help patients develop and maintain balanced eating habits while reaching a weight that supports optimal body function.
