Columbia University Fertility Center

Women's Reproductive Care

Columbia University Fertility Center is a group practice staffed by full-time faculty of Columbia University. We embrace all patients, with problems ranging from simple to the most complex. Using basic treatments as well as advanced approaches, we can dramatically boost your chances of becoming pregnant.

  • In-Network Care: We are one of the few medical school programs in the United States that offer comprehensive infertility care while accepting in-network managed care contracts for in vitro fertilization (IVF). If you have insurance coverage for IVF, you can save thousands of dollars in out-of-pocket expenses by selecting an in-network provider.
  • Financial Assistance: If you don't have insurance coverage for infertility services, income-based financial assistance is available.
  • Convenient, Comprehensive Care: We provide infertility care at our convenient Columbus Circle location in Manhattan, including clomiphene (Clomid®) treatment, male infertility care, intrauterine insemination (IUI), IVF, frozen embryo transfer, egg donation, preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD), care for endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome, and fertility preservation for women with cancer.

In fact, our physicians and scientific experts developed many fertility treatments in use globally, and we are one of the leading reproductive medicine research centers in the world.
  • The Full Range of Treatments: In addition to basic infertility treatments and IVF, we offer PGD, minimally invasive and robotic fertility surgery, IVF with endometrial cell co-culture (the use of cells from a woman’s uterus to support embryo development), ovulation induction and IUI, intracytoplasmic sperm injection, egg donation, and fertility preservation using cryopreservation techniques.
  • A Variety of Locations: Our comprehensive fertility services are available at 1305 York Avenue in Manhattan. Our physicians also see patients at offices in Garden City, Long Island; Mount Kisco, Westchester County; and Flushing, Queens.
