Irving Sherwood Wright Center on Aging is an innovative, multidisciplinary
health care facility that provides comprehensive geriatric services
including: physical examinations, health screening, and help managing
chronic and acute medical problems.
The
part-time social worker provides services such as, referral and
liaison, health education and information, mental health assessment
and counseling. The
Wright Center is located at 1484 First Avenue, New York, New York
10021. The social worker Risa Breckman, CSW is available TuesdayÊ
from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m.to 5 p.m. at (212)
