Internal Medicine Associates (CIMA), is an internal medicine group
practice of attending physicians and medical residents.Ê A multidisciplinary
team comprised of a geriatric psychiatrist, social workers, nurse
practitioners, and nurses work together to provide a comprehensive
health care management approach geared toward preventative, acute
and chronic care needs of adults 18 years of age and older.Ê One
full-time
and one part time social worker provide psychosocial services
to patients and their families.Ê Jill Stolbach, CSW the full-time
social worker is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to
