The
Caregivers Service is a free service provided by HealthOutreach
at NewYork- Presbyterian Hospital.Ê Coordinated by a certified
social worker, it is designed to help caregivers identify and
cope with the many complex issues confronting them.Ê The Caregivers
Service is a source of help and support to individuals and families
involved in the care of anyone age 60 and over. As a participant,
you can benefit from individual and family counseling, planning
assistance, day and evening support groups and informative lectures.

Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM
