The Pediatric Critical Care Center (PCCC) is a multidisciplinary environment providing state-of-the-art care to
children with life-threatening medical and surgical conditions. The PCCC is a 20-bed unit equipped and
staffed to care for critically ill infants, children, and adolescents. A multidisciplinary team
comprised of physicians, a social worker, nurses and respiratory therapists work together to provide
comprehensive health care services. One full-time social worker is available to provide psychosocial
services to patients and their families. The bilingual social worker (English/Cantonese) Drisdy Kee,
LMSW, is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at (212) 746-3111.
