Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation
The Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs at Columbia University Medical Center are located in the Fauth Center for Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation on the 3rd Floor of the Vanderbilt Clinic. Both programs offer a combination of monitored exercise, education and psychosocial support specifically designed for the specialized needs of our patients with cardiac or pulmonary disease.
The center is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm. To begin the program you will need a physician referral and insurance pre-authorization. You may schedule an appointment for an evaluation by calling (212) 305-4695 for Cardiac Rehabilitation and (212) 305-0890 for Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
