NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia

It is not uncommon for women to experience mental health problems during the childbearing years, such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Eating disorders are also more common among women than men. NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia provides a thorough evaluation for each woman and tailors a regimen of inpatient or outpatient care, as needed, featuring medical treatment and/or counseling.

Examples of specific programs include the Women's Program, Anxiety Disorders Clinic, Eating Disorders Program, and Brain Behavior Clinic, as well as special services for older women. Services are available at a variety of locations.
