NewYork-Presbyterian Psychiatry (Test)

NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia

NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia healthcare professionals evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of anxiety disorders, including posttraumatic stress disorder, panic disorder, social phobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and generalized anxiety. Individual and group counseling and medical treatment are available at a number of NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia locations, to fit each patient's needs.

Inpatient and outpatient care is available, as are special programs designed just for:

  • children and adolescents, through the Columbia University Clinic for Anxiety and Related Disorders for Children
  • college students, through the College Student Program
  • women, through The Women's Program

In addition, the Anxiety Disorders Clinic features programs addressing obsessive-compulsive disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder and related traumatic conditions, social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, anxiety and depression in Hispanic Americans (Hispanic Treatment Program), and pathological gambling.
