Innovative cancer treatments. Personalized, compassionate care. Evidence-based medicine. These are the hallmarks of the cancer care available at NewYork-Presbyterian. We treat more than 7,000 people who are newly diagnosed with cancer each year.
Two Top Cancer Centers
NewYork-Presbyterian features two of the country's top cancer centers: the National Cancer Institute-designated Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center of New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center and the Weill Cornell Cancer Center of NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
Multidisciplinary Care
Through a multidisciplinary team approach, we combine the expertise and talents of all of the individuals responsible for a patient's care – surgical, medical, and radiation oncologists, specialized oncology nurses, social workers, and nutritionists – to deliver seamless care to patients within a supportive and healing environment.
Latest Treatments, Clinical Trials
Our patients have access to the latest anti-cancer drugs, novel and targeted therapies, and emerging minimally invasive surgical procedures. Our world class physicians are leading a wide array of clinical trials to ensure our patients receive the most advanced treatments for cancer.
