NewYork-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital's Department of Neurology is part of the Department of Neurology at Weill Cornell Medical College, a nationally recognized leader in neurological care.

Our neurologists are all board certified in Neurology and other subspecialties in Neurology. We provide high quality care in an inpatient and outpatient setting. Given the complex nature of neurological disease, we have multidisciplinary collaborations with other physicians, physical therapists, speech pathologists, and social workers to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Specific conditions we treat include:

  • Stroke
  • Transient Ischemic Attack
  • Carotid stenosis
  • Neuropathy
  • Migraines
  • Spine disease
  • Epilepsy
  • Alzheimer's disease

All NewYork-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital physicians are on the faculty of Weill Cornell Medical College. Within the familiar setting of their community hospital, patients experience a level of care found in a leading academic medical center.
