The Executive Registry

The Executive Registry is a worldwide medical assistance membership program designed for executives and their families who desire the peace of mind of access to outstanding medical services, 24-hours a day, seven days a week. When an Executive Registry member needs routine or emergency care, NewYork-Presbyterian arranges treatment here in New York or at a provider in our global network. We can also assist you with matters such as pre-travel services (immunizations and vaccinations), coordination of physician appointments with specialists, coordination of second opinions and executive physicals and research treatment options. In more detail, here's how the Executive Registry service takes care of you and your family:
Worldwide Access to Medical Care
The Executive Registry has a national and international network of hospitals and physicians in over 40 countries. Whenever and wherever you need medical care (24-hours a day, seven days a week) call us and we will arrange it for you.
Coordination of Physician Appointments, Second Opinions & Treatment Options
If you need specialized care, our office can offer personalized assistance in finding specialists and coordinating appointments. If you need a second opinion or advice on treatment options, we can make arrangements for you to get the information you need.
Coordination of In-Patient and Out-Patient Services
If you select NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital for in-patient or out-patient services, we can assist in coordinating your care - from the moment you arrive until you are discharged.
Pre-Travel Services
Before you travel, we can provide services such as immunizations, preventive medications (e.g., for malaria or altitude sickness) and reactive medications (e.g., for water and/or food borne illnesses). We can also provide critical information on local medical services such as the names and contact information of a local hospital or reliable, English-speaking physicians near your destination.
Global Emergency Aeromedical Evacuation
If you become ill while traveling, we have the ability to make arrangements to have you evacuated by dedicated aeromedical transport services back to NewYork-Presbyterian or to a location of your choice.
Coordination of Executive Physicals
Executive Physicals are extensive physical examinations that involve consultations with numerous specialists and a variety of screenings and diagnostic tests. They are an excellent preventive health measure, especially for busy executives and people who undergo the stress of frequent travel. Our office can personally coordinate with each physician's office to arrange appointments.
