Infonet

The Infonet is NewYork-Presbyterian's intranet (internal web site). The site is for Hospital employees and affiliated medical staff. A Hospital Username, VPN Remote Access Password and (in most cases) VPN Remote Access Software are required to access the Infonet from a non-hospital computer.

Non-Hospital Computer, Have Username, VPN Password and Software...
If you are not on a hospital computer, but have a Hospital Username, a VPN Remote Access Password, and are running VPN Remote Access Software, please click here to access the Infonet.

Non-Hospital Computer, No VPN Software, But Have Username and VPN Password...
If you are not on a hospital computer, are not running VPN Remote Access Software, but do have a Hospital Username and VPN Remote Access Password, you can access the Infonet via the VPN Remote Access Site. Please remember though, this will work only for users with Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6.

How to gain VPN Remote Access:

Username
All hospital employees and affiliated medical staff should already have a Hospital Username. If, for some reason, you do not, please contact the Help Desk (telephone number below).

VPN Remote Access Passwords
Hospital employees and affiliated medical staff can gain a VPN Remote Access Password by completing a System Access Form (PDF) and faxing it to the Hospital's Help Desk. (The fax number is on the form.)

VPN Remote Access Software
Users can download VPN Remote Access Software (below). When installed on your computer, this software allows users to directly access the Infonet without using the VPN Remote Access Site. Please choose the software that matches your computer's operating system.
