Alumni News

Our Alumni Association was established to allow us to reconnect with our former residents and fellows who have played an important role in making NewYork-Presbyterian a nationally-recognized healthcare leader. We are proud of our consistent ranking in the U.S.News & World Report's Honor Roll of America's Best Hospitals, most recently ranking number 6 in the nation this year. Please see our many other Awards and Recognitions.

We invite you to visit this web site often to learn more about innovative and exciting developments at NewYork-Presbyterian, including:

  • Upcoming podcasts
  • Surgical webcasts
  • Specialty RSS-feeds

We will also be featuring Forum, an Alumni Newsletter that will keep you informed about various topics that may interest you. We look forward to your comments and suggestions to help us make the Alumni Association a dynamic and helpful resource for you and your colleagues.

NewYork Weill Cornell Medical Center Alumni Council

In 1976, a group of the most widely respected physician leaders from NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center came together to form this alumni organization. The CAC was created to strengthen the bonds of collegiality between healthcare professionals (faculty, scientists, residents, postdoctoral fellows and hospital administrators) who, though not graduates of Weill Cornell Medical College, helped form the life-blood of the Medical Center. This group evolved into an alumni association for those who are not eligible for membership in a traditional alumni group. Members of the CAC are among the most active medical professionals at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. [More]
