NewYork-Presbyterian/Allen PavilionTelevision and telephone service can be ordered directly from patients' rooms by calling the Hospital's automated system or by following instructions on the room's television.
In general, rooms come with several free television channels and free local phone service. Additional television channels are available for a flat-fee of $8/day. Unlimited long distance phone service is available for a flat-fee of $6/day.
Payment for both television and telephone can be made by credit card or by pre-paid card. Pre-paid cards are available from vending machines within the Hospital. Please ask the staff on your floor where the machines are located.
Amplified headsets and tele-typewriters for the deaf (TTY) can be made available.

NewYork-Presbyterian/Westchester has televisions in common areas. There are no televisions in patient rooms.
Telephone and television service is free at the Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital. There is no need to sign up for service.
Amplified headsets and tele-typewriters for the deaf (TTY) can be made available.
