NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital participates in health information exchanges that enable our clinicians to access your data from other health care organizations. The Hospital will access your data from these exchanges only if you have given us written permission. (We would also access the data if you are unable to give permission and we believe the information we would retrieve would materially make a difference in the way we would care for you).
