Community Affairs works closely with our diverse communities throughout the metropolitan region to address specific concerns and needs. Our strength is in our unity; we work collaboratively with community-based organizations, community boards, elected officials, community physicians and local residents to help deliver vital healthcare resources and bring to the forefront critical health and social issues. We participate in efforts to find solutions to a broad range of issues, including safe and affordable childcare, decent housing, senior services, law enforcement, and a host of health-related concerns.
