Tracey L. Shannon, BSN, RN is Patient Care Director in the Cardiac
Catherization Laboratory.
Assuming her current role two and a half years ago, “she inherited a small
nursing group lacking leadership and unity.” She has created an environment,
which has attracted staff and retained them. In an environment, which was always
busy, she has stabilized and organized, during a period of extraordinary growth
in patient volume. One of her nominators describes what she has accomplished
as “a small miracle.” |
