Vice President’s Special Recognition Awards
This year’s Special Recognition Awards go to two leaders for
Excellence in Teambuilding.
Linda Espinosa, MSN, RN is Director of Nursing & Patient Care
Director of Inpatient Services at the Westchester Division. .
She has created a model of care to coordinate the efforts of all
staff to best serve patient care. Her nominators describe her leadership
as creating “a tremendous improvement in morale and a more
closely-knit sense of purpose and direction at the Westchester Division.” Long
service senior nurses say that unequivocally “Linda’s
is the strongest and most positive leadership we have had, encouraging
and supporting a strong bond among the leadership staff, encouraging
creativity. while setting clear standards.”
