From East Side
Follow the harlem river drive to the end and take the westbound exit toward the george washington bridge. Take the exit for the henry hudson parkway just before the bridge. (Please note: signs may also refer to the parkway as the "west side highway" or "route 9 south.") before reaching the parkway, there will be an exit for riverside drive. Proceed southbound on the drive to west 165th street and turn left.at Broadway, turn left. Go 3 blocks north. The main hospital entrance is at 168th and broadway. Valet parking is available at 166th and broadway.

From West Side of Manhattan
Take the northbound Henry Hudson Parkway to Exit 15, "Riverside Drive South." Proceed southbound on the Drive to West 165th Street and turn left; Children Hospital is two blocks east on the left.

From New Jersey and Western Upstate New York
After crossing the George Washington Bridge (use either the upper or lower level), take the exit for the southbound Henry Hudson Parkway. (Please note: signs may also refer to this artery as the "West Side Highway " or "Route 9 South.") Before reaching the Parkway, exit onto Riverside Drive. Proceed southbound on the Drive to West 165th Street and turn left; Children Hospital is two blocks east on the left.

From Riverdale, Westchester, Connecticut, and Eastern Upstate New York
From the Saw Mill River Parkway, proceed southbound after merging with the Henry Hudson Parkway; a short distance south of the George Washington Bridge, take the exit for Riverside Drive on your left. Proceed southbound on the Drive to West 165th Street and turn left; Children Hospital will be two blocks east on the left.

Via the Major Deegan Expressway or the Cross-Bronx Expressway
From the Major Deegan, exit onto the westbound Cross-Bronx Expressway. Take the exit for the Henry Hudson Parkway just before the Bridge. (Please note: signs may also refer to the Parkway as the "West Side Highway" or "Route 9 South.") Before reaching the Parkway, take the exit for Riverside Drive. Proceed southbound on the Drive to West 165th Street and turn left; Children Hospital is two blocks east on the left.

By Subway
There is a subway station at West 168th Street that is served by two subway lines:
* IND Eighth Avenue Line: A (express) and (local) trains
* IRT Seventh Avenue/Broadway Line: #1 and #9 (both local) trains

By Bus
There are numerous bus lines that stop at the Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center: M-2, M-3, M-4, M-5, M-18, M-100, Bx-7.
