Basic Critical Care Nursing

This 4-day course provides the professional nurse with a systems overview of basic critical care nursing. Current topics and theory in pulmonary, cardiac, hemodynamic, renal, and fluid therapy are presented, with an emphasis on assessment and management. Utilizing case study analysis, appropriate critical thinking skills of assessment, decision-making, and nursing intervention are explored.
