The Pediatric Cardiovascular Services team at the NewYork-Presbyterian Phyllis and David Komansky Center for Children's Health is dedicated to the pre-natal and post-natal diagnosis, management and treatment of congenital heart disease in infants, children, and young adults. Our physicians and staff offer an extraordinary range of services in cardiac diagnostics, general cardiology, electrophysiology, and interventional cardiology. Additionally, the Pediatric Cardiovascular Services team provides care for adult patients with acquired heart diseases of childhood such as rheumatic fever, Kawasaki disease, and congenital heart disease.
The Pediatric Cardiovascular Services Division at the NewYork-Presbyterian Komansky Center for Children’s Health has joined with the Pediatric Cardiology Division at NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital to form a comprehensive, two-campus cardiovascular center. The program has outstanding clinical and research faculty drawn from two renowned medical colleges – Weill Cornell Medical College and Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Pediatric arrhythmia and pacemaker services: Invasive electrophysiology and radiofrequency ablation are available through a joint program with Drs. Alan Hordoff and Leonardo Liberman at Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital.
Operations for the treatment of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent and adult congenital heart disease are performed by Dr. Jonathan Chen. All patients are cared for by an outstanding pediatric anesthesia and critical care service.
A program for children and adolescents with abnormal lipid and atherosclerotic heart disease is also available.
