Teen Age Parenting Program

The Division of General Pediatrics’ Teen Age Parenting Program (TAPP) provides care for adolescent mothers and their infants. General pediatric care for the babies and adolescent care for the mother are offered during the same visit. In addition to general health care screening for mother and child, issues of adolescent parenting are addressed at every visit. Mothers and their children continue to receive support from a dedicated team of social workers that have worked with them during pregnancy.
