Adolescent Program

Teenagers are seen in the Division of General Pediatrics’ adolescent program by a specialized team of health care professionals, including adolescent medicine specialists, social workers, health educators, and a dedicated adolescent nurse. The program is designed to provide comprehensive health care to adolescents and their families, including:

• General medical care
• Gynecologic care and contraceptive counseling
• STD testing and treatment
• Mental health counseling

Morning and afternoon appointments are available for adolescent visits.
