NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital's life income plans offer a variety of ways to supplement your income or provide income for family members and friends, while receiving current income tax and estate tax benefits as well.

Annuity gift plans are advantageous if you prefer the security of constant income throughout your lifetime.

Charitable Gift Annuity

A charitable gif annuity is a simple agreement between you and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. For a current gift to the Hospital, the Hospital agrees to pay you and/or another person (usually a spouse) a regular fixed income for life. NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital offers two types of Gift Annuity plans: the immediate payment plan begins to distribute annuity payments to you/and or your designee on a regular basis starting immediately and the deferred payment plan allows you to specify a future date for commencement of payments (principal grows tax-free like a retirement plan). Charitable Remainder Annuity Trusts

Charitable Remainder Annuity Trusts enable you to plan a future gift to NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital while providing a current fixed income for yourself and/or another income beneficiary for life or a term of years, or both.
